Join KMAC Curatorial Director Joey Yates and artist Jordan Nassar for a virtual tour of Nassar's The Field Is Infinite exhibition, and a discussion of his artistic process and motivations for creating the work. Yates and Nassar will discuss the importance of the installation "The Sea Beneath Our Eyes", an immersive domestic interior consisting of items made by the craft community in the Palestine-Israel region, and take a deeper look into the artist's embroidered landscapes and new beaded glass sculptures. Nassar participates in traditional craft media to explore his cultural identity and to connect with the creative practices associated with his heritage and homeland.
